I have tweeted and posted that I have less than an assured feeling about Barnes and Noble, the nook and B&N customer service. One tweet mentioned the Kindle.
I’ve purchased the Kindle Paperwhite from Amazon and put my money where my mouth is.
I won’t really review this as much as continue to comment on the differences between the devices, the experience and any support issues. Barnes & Noble really needs to step up and improve its game. I am not totally abandoning them, but I don’t want to be caught not knowing how to run and use the competition. Sure, I have the apps on my iOS devices, but I really like to have the portable ereader experience.
